For the past 10 years, Virtual Synchronicity has assisted businesses in supporting their marketing and communications through providing excellent website design.

Our experience in supporting our clients in their activities of retailing over the Internet has allowed us to develop an in-depth understanding of the techniques and opportunities of real world Internet Marketing and Business to Business trading.

Our experience includes the development of Shopping Carts, Blogs, Web Site Publishing Sites using different Content Management Systems, E-mail Marketing Software and adding on functionality to different sites through the use of pre-written scripts, add-ons and plugins.  Our technical skillset is in PHP and MySQL applications, both in writing new programs to service specialised sectors of business, or in implementing third party software such as those developed by Interspire, WordPress, PicturesPro and First Step Communications.

Our staff has a combined Internet and business background spanning more than 30 years providing them with a depth of knowledge and skills to assist you to gain the best from your internet presence.

Trish Ryans-Taylor - Managing Director

Trish first started her working career as a computer operator in the days when punch cards were used to program computers.  She has since then been a programmer, systems analyst, business analyst and information technology manager working in the public sector, finance industry, mining and construction industry, manufacturing and the not for profit sector. In her consulting career she has been the Managing Partner of Professional Support Group, an IBM Business Partner, Account Manager and Senior Consultant for Liveware Pty Ltd, and a lecturer in information technology at Edith Cowan University and the University of Western Australia.

She also has extensive interests outside the information technology industry working within the mental health sector.  Trish worked as the Development and Support Manager for The Richmond Fellowship of WA Inc. after completing her Degree in Anthropology and Sociology. Her experience as Chair of the Board of this organization and a Director of the Richmond Foundation has provided her with a solid understanding of Not-for-Profit organisations and working as part of a team. Her latest endeavor includes graduating with 2nd Class Honours in a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from Charles Darwin University.

Eva Bett - Development and Marketing Director

A varied career in secretarial support particularly in the Legal Sector, along with a teaching and military background has given Eva a broad experience in dealing with people and their own particular needs.

Eva started her career in IT at Mallesons Stephen Jacques training their secretarial staff and later their legal staff in the use of computers.  After three years Eva joined Professional Support Group as their Training Director and later joined Trish in Liveware Pty Ltd where she specialized in Training and support in Knowledge Management and Office Automation.

A long term consulting contract took Eva to Wesfarmers Dalgety as a Technical Support Specialist where she worked as part of the team implementing Internet and Intranet services to over 1300 users. This sparked an interest in the development of websites. In 2000 Eva left Wesfarmers to start Virtual Synchronicity with a vision to write websites for small to medium sized businesses.  Since then, Eva has produced and project managed the majority of the websites under the management of Virtual Synchronicity.  Eva's close involvement in each of the projects has guaranteed that both she and the project staff are able to support each project.  Eva has a passion for never-ending self improvement and enjoys the challengs that the extremely fast paced technological developments of the Internet present.

Gihan has assisted Virtual Synchronicity, and many of our clients, to improve the way we use the Internet to leverage our businesses.
