Help Desk We provide a Help Desk with its own e-mail address and 1300 phone number (local call cost within Australia), so that you can get help during the week.
Comprehensive User Guides We provide step-by-step instructions for the most common tasks on your site, such as changing pages, adding pictures, sending newsletters, and using the Web site modules described above.
Frequently Asked Questions Our Frequently Asked Questions site gives you answers to the most common questions about using your Web site.

Your Investment
Our package has these two components:
- Development: We create the initial account for you, customise the look and feel to match your branding, create the initial mailing lists (including a newsletter and a "tip of the week" list), and do the telephone training.
Fee: $350
- Licence: The monthly licence gives you access to all the plug-ins modules, as described above.
Fee: $110 per month
- or should you wish to use only 1 of the above modules
Fee: $55 per month .
You continue to work with your current Web host and Web designer for the rest of your Web site, and work with us for the features listed above.
We can assist you or your designer with integrating the modules into your existing Web site. However, we don't do this work for them - it's up to them to do it.
