Do you want a web site that looks professional in appearance and is easy to move around and is easy for you to change and keep up-to-date? Then read on...
This package generally suits small businesses or single person operators who have information that they wish to display on a professionally constructed web site; a site that they wish to easily keep up-to-date themselves; is expandable without additional cost; but doesn't have the extreme costs of a highly sophisticated and personalised graphical design.
If you want to present information, display photos of your work, direct people to examples of what you can do, or even add on newsletter enrolment forms, membership areas or shopping carts, then the Express Web Site Package is for you.
Your Own Domain Name
You will receive your very own domain name, (e.g. example.com.au) which people can search for through the Search Engines. With this Package, we do not guarantee to place your site highly on the search engines however we can provide you with the names of some companies who we have worked with that specialize in this area. Through our Express Package we purchase your Domain Name for you and point it to your new web site (or if you already have a Domain Name, we will point your existing name to your new site for you).

Content:
You retain complete control of your website and can add and remove pages as you please. When we build your site and once you have provided us with the information we add the content for a pre-defined number of pages to help you get started. Included in the price of this Package are 2 pages of content as well as our standard Contact Us and Privacy Policy pages
You may then choose to add the remaining pages of your site or elect to have us do this for you.
Unlimited Number of Pages:
With our VSWeb Express Package there is no limit to the number of pages that can be added to the site.
Graphical Design:
Our Graphic Designer prepares a top banner, the design and colours of which are based on your Logo. This banner then sets the colour scheme for the remainder of your site.
Consultation during the build of your website:
Our VSWeb Express Package includes 2 hours of consulting to help you with detailed processes involved in building your site.
Google Analytics:
We automatically add your Google Analytics code to your site to assist in registration with the Google Search Engine. This also provides you with highly sophisticated web statistics about visitors to your site.
You can change the information in the content area yourself:
Change your pictures and text as often as you like without the added expense or inevitable delays caused by engaging your Web site designer. Or, if you like, we will make these changes for you and because you have selected our VSWeb Solution the changes will be far quicker than using other web editing methods and are therefore less expensive to apply.
WYSIWYG Editor (similar to Microsoft Word):
Authoring is made simple for those of you with no HTML experience by offering ezyHTML controls that make formatting a breeze. File and Image uploading and manipulation are all done through a web browser, eliminating the need for any technical knowledge. Use Microsoft Word-like buttons to change your text into bold or italics and modify the colours and size - use your existing computer knowledge to easily modify your web site information.
  
You can change the details in the Menu yourself:
You can easily change the wording, pages, links and targets that your menus display. This completely eliminates the need to utilize a web developer to manage your website. Allocate your budget to more revenue generating applications such as a shopping cart, newsletter or membership system.

Through the database system that we use to build your web site it is extremely easy to link to pages, pictures and files within your site - let the system remember the complex file names and addresses for you.

Delay the Publishing:
Write and delay the publishing of your pages - check how it looks before releasing it for everyone to see.
Organise Pages into categories
Group your pages into similar categories. This helps you to structure your information clearly when displaying it to your audience.
Different Look for different sections of your site:
Do you have 2 or more aspects to your Business? Do you want to portray a different identity for different reasons? Do you have a Membership site that you want to offer a different look and feel for? If you wish to clearly defining your message for your viewers, you may choose to use more than one look for your site. Our VSWeb Express Solution will allow you to do this. Each different template design and implementation is $1,500.
Random Images and Text:

Position of the menu bar:
The Menus of our VSWeb Express Package are displayed at the top of the site. This is useful as it allows you to display an unlimited amount of links in drop-down links. Your menu will change as soon as you adjust it using our VSWeb Software.
Delivery timeframe:
We guarantee to provide you with a completed web site within 3 weeks. This is of course, so long as you provide us with instructions within the first week after completing the Letter of Engagement.

We host all our web sites with a reliable Web Host that provides the most efficient Web and Email support available. They guarantee to maintain their servers to ensure that our software will run with minimal interruption and have proven to be extremely fast in rectifying problems even during world-wide internet disasters. Should you choose our VSPlug-ins Solution, the cost of your Web Hosting is absorbed by Virtual Synchronicity.

Warranty Period
We offer a 3 months warranty unless otherwise specified. Unless we specify (in writing) your Warranty Period will be 3 months from the date that your site is published. The Warranty applies to any workmanship or software that has been approved at the date of publication and proves to be faulty within a 3 month period. Our Warranty doesn't cover changes to design of your site after the date of publication.
Price:
The price of your site will vary depending on the number of pages you require and on whether you have additional needs such as a feed from another web site. Here are some typical examples:

Newsletter Subscription Form:
Capturing the names and email addresses of people interested in receiving communications from you. This feature is included with our VSWeb Corporate Solution, or is an optional extra with our other Solutions. Should you choose our VSPlugins option to assist you in managing your newsletter emailing we will automatically build this into your site and include a corporate look to those newsletters you choose to send. Assistance with Keywords for search engine placement:
The selection of Keywords for your web site is not automatically included in our VSWeb Express Package. Knowing the words to use and the correct syntax to display those words on your website is a skill in itself. Using the correct number and type of words to describe your business and be recognized by the Search Engines will help people find you on the World Wide Web. Keyword management is automatically included in our VSWeb Corporate Solution, or, if you choose one of our other Solutions we will provide you with assistance in this technical area at our standard Consulting Rates.
Moving Images bring your website to Life!
There is no doubt about it that moving images do bring another dimension to your web site. Remember the old saying that 'A picture is worth a thousand words' - there is nothing more true than using moving images on a web site. As your requirements will vary according to your own ideas and requirements, we will quote on this once we have more detail from you.
System Requirements
Viewing the Site
Any of our sites can be viewed through any browser or line speed: Due to the nature of the database software and our extensive knowledge of graphic and web design, our sites are quick to load and view.
Changing the Site
As our WYSIWYG editor is so sophisticated it requires an ADSL line (Broadband) to be used by the person making the changes to the site.
Internet Explorer5 or Higher is the only Web Browser that supports the WYSIWYG editor of our VSWeb Express Software.
