Our VSWeb Mini Sites are one of our more popular packages. It is extremely cost effective providing a low-level entry point for small business operators, is easy to manage yourself saving you time and money and is immediately expandable to incorporate 14 additional internet tools to assist you to market your business.

Content:
You retain complete control of your website and can add and remove pages as you please. When we build your site and once you have provided us with the information we add the content for a pre-defined number of pages to help you get started. Included in the price of this Package are 1 page of content as well as our standard Contact Us page.
You may then choose to add the remaining pages of your site or elect to have us do this for you.
Limited Number of Pages:
With our VSWeb Mini Package there is a limit of 8 pages although have the option of expanding this to 24 pages for a specified fee.
Graphical Design:
Our Graphic Designer prepares a top banner, the design and colours of which are based on your Logo. This banner then sets the colour scheme for the remainder of your site.
Consultation during the build of your website:
Our VSWeb Mini Package includes 1 hour of consulting time to help you with some decisions involved in building your site.
Google Analytics:
We automatically add your Google Analytics code to your site to assist in registration with the Google Search Engine. This also provides you with highly sophisticated web statistics about visitors to your site.
You can change the information in the content area yourself:
Change your pictures and text as often as you like without the added expense or inevitable delays caused by engaging your Web site designer. Or, if you like, we will make these changes for you and because you have selected our VSWeb Solution the changes will be far quicker than using other web editing methods and are therefore less expensive to apply.
Authoring is simplified for those of you with no HTML experience through our SMART Text controls. File and Image uploading and manipulation are all done through a web browser, eliminating the need for any technical knowledge.

Note: If you would prefer to use a WYSIWYG (Microsoft Word like) editor then our VSWeb Express Package will be better for you.
You can change the details in the Menu yourself:
You can change the wording, pages, links and targets that your menus display. This completely eliminates the need to utilize a web developer to manage your website. Allocate your budget to more revenue generating applications such as a shopping cart, newsletter or membership system.
Extensive Documentation and Help Instructions
Our VSWeb Mini Software comes with extensive documentation and help instructions to assist you with changing your web site yourself.
Different Look for different sections of your site:
Do you have 2 or more aspects to your Business? Do you want to portray a different identity for different reasons? Do you have a Membership site that you want to offer a different look and feel for? If you wish to clearly definine your message for your viewers, you may choose to use more than one look for your site. Our VSWeb Mini Solution will allow you to do this. Each different template design and implementation is $700.
Random Images and Text:
Random text and images are different to Flash in that they change each time the person visits the site as opposed to changing while they are viewing your site. We use these in particular for Testimonials or photos. See www.virtualsync.com.au how we've displayed our clients in the top right corner.
Position of the menu bar:
The Menus of our VSWeb Mini Package are displayed at the top of the site. Your menu will change as soon as you adjust it using our VSWeb Software.
Delivery timeframe:
We guarantee to provide you with a completed web site within 1 week. This is of course, so long as you provide us with instructions within the first week after completing the Letter of Engagement.
Reliable Hosting:
We host all our web sites with a reliable Web Host that provides the most efficient Web and Email support available. They guarantee to maintain their servers to ensure that our software will run with minimal interruption and have proven to be extremely fast in rectifying problems even during world-wide internet disasters. Should you choose our VSPlug-ins Solution, the cost of your Web Hosting is absorbed by Virtual Synchronicity.

Warranty Period
We offer a 3 months warranty unless otherwise specified. Unless we specify (in writing) your Warranty Period will be 3 months from the date that your site is published. The Warranty applies to any workmanship or software that has been approved at the date of publication and proves to be faulty within a 3 month period. Our Warranty doesn't cover changes to design of your site after the date of publication.
Price:
The price of your VSWeb Mini Site will vary depending on the number of pages you require and on whether you have additional needs such as Newsletter Software, a Shopping Cart, or feeds from another web site. Here are some typical examples:

Newsletter Subscription Form:
Capturing the names and email addresses of people interested in receiving communications from you. This feature is included with our VSWeb Corporate Solution, or is an optional extra with our other Solutions. Should you choose our VSPlugins option to assist you in managing your newsletter emailing we will automatically build this into your site and include similar branding for those newsletters to your web site.. Assistance with Keywords for search engine placement:
The selection of Keywords for your web site is not automatically included in our VSWeb Mini Package. Knowing the words to use and the correct syntax to display those words on your website is a skill in itself. Using the correct number and type of words to describe your business and be recognized by the Search Engines will help people find you on the World Wide Web. Keyword management is automatically included in our VSWeb Corporate Solution, however we can recommend you to one of our Associates.
Moving Images bring your website to Life!
There is no doubt about it that moving images do bring another dimension to your web site. Remember the old saying that 'A picture is worth a thousand words' - there is nothing more true than using moving images on a web site. As your requirements will vary according to your own ideas and requirements, we will quote on this once we have more detail from you.
