As part of our continued involvement in the success of your web site, we have a number of options for providing on-going support and consulting services.
Help Desk
Your web site package gives you a number of powerful tools for you to manage your web site yourself. However, sometimes it’s not obvious exactly what to do, what manual to read, or what’s going wrong.
If you have opted for our Help Desk Support then ongoing help via email or at the end of the phone is included as a part of that Service.
This Help Desk service is to assist you when you get stuck. The Help Desk won’t actually do the work for you, and won’t 'hold your hand' while you’re doing it however we'll help guide you to resolve your queries and issues.
Web Site Support
Support is where we do the work for you, such as web design, changing pages, adding products, enhancing images, search engine marketing and other support tasks.
For occasional telephone and e-mail support with your Web site.
For most issues, we will respond within two working days and fix the problem within ten working days.
Rate: $125.00 per hour.
One-on-one telephone training is available by pre-appointment - see below.
Training Support
We provide training in a variety of services including:
- resizing and handling photos and images for your web site;
- changing your web site content;
- managing your online store;
- managing your social media (facebook/blogging/newsletters/LinkedIn/twitter);
- managing video and audios on your site;
- tools for optimizing your site;
Rate: $125.00 per hour (with a minimum of 1.5 hours)

Design and Enhancements
Substantial changes or enhancements (including graphic design changes). Our rates vary according to the complexity of the design required.
Consulting Services
Our consulting services include reviewing your web site, advising on your marketing strategy, helping you leverage the information collected through your web site, and so on.
Our rate for Consulting is: $125.00 per hour
