Transition to Retirement

Trish and Eva would like to thank you for your ongoing support over the last 20 years that Virtual Synchronicity has been operating.

We have now reached the time in our lives when we are transitioning into retirement which means that we are handing over the reins to 2 specially selected organisations. Synergy Graphics and Web and Print Design.

Nicola Edwards of Synergy Graphics, specialises in Squarespace web sites and graphic design while Nicholas Castle of Web and Print Design specialises in WordPress web sites; print design; website and domain hosting as well as email hosting.

We are confident that they will provide you with similar customer service and support to what we have given you in the past.

HANDING OVER THE REINS

Eva has contacted you if you have a website that has been created through Squarespace 5. Please look out for the email that has been sent to you.

For those of you using Squarespace 7 please log into your account to check the Billing and insert your own credit card details. The steps for doing this are on the Squarespace Support website here. If you’re unsure how to log into your account, go to your website address and press the esc key on the top left of your keyboard. This will give you a login prompt.

Change of Ownership

An additional step that we encourage you to take is to change the ownership of your site from Eva to yourself.

If you're recorded at Squarespace as the current site owner, there are no further steps required. However if you are listed as only a contributor, you will need to contact Eva so that she can transfer ownership of your site to you. After Eva transfers ownership, she will become a contributor with Administrator permissions.

For those of you using a BigCommerce Shopping Cart for your website, your credit card details are already in place with BigCommerce. The only things to check are your Domain Name and Emails. For more details see below.

Your domain name is currently managed through our VS Partner Portal at TPP Wholesale. This will change to either Nicola’s Reller Account at Dreamworks or Nickolas’ Partner Portal at TPP Wholesale. Nicola will have made contact with you if you are a WebDuo or Synergy Graphics client.

If you use an email system through Virtual Sync, you will remain using the same email provider, i.e. ICDSoft, however you will be listed under Nickola’s Reseller Account.

If you have your own email system outside of our control, such as Wesnet; iiNet; BigPond; Netspace; Gmail; or some others; everything will remain as it is so there is no action needed.
